First you will purchase a product using our secure Paypal merchant service. We use Paypal as an aquirer to processes all our financial transactions because it is a secure and trusted network, stores all payment records, and mobile compatibility.
Paypal accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal Credit payments (U.S. Only). A small fee applies (2.9% + .30 per transaction) for processing all of our e-commerce business.

Complete our Creative Brief (recommended)
Once payment has fully processed we provide an option for you to complete our simple online creative brief (recommended) providing details of your specific design needs and preferences. Within the brief you will be prompted to provide your name and contact information, company affiliation, context for graphic use (print, web, marketing, clothing), design preferences (size, color, texture, layout) and any helpful sketches and/or image references.
Design Process & Review
Next we contact you to confirm your product payment processed and that our designers will shortly begin the graphic design process. If you opted to surpass the creative brief you will be asked at this time to respond in detail with your desired design preferences. We will respond with any further inquiries and provide frequent updates as our designers begin researching, sketching and conceptualizing your design ideas. During this process you will frequently receive drafts for review and design revisions.
Revisions & Completion of Product
Last we will present you with the final revised graphic design product and send you all image source files (.Ai, .EPS, .PDF, .JPG, .PNG) for your print or web use. If you would like Chico Logo to process your printing needs we will at this time collect your printing and shipping preferences and processes further payment. Afterwards your design(s) will be quickly sent to our printers and you will quickly receive your prints within the chosen turnaround.
